About Us
Margarita Mama is a local bartender turned entrepreneur dedicated to bringing the bar experience right to your event. Our mobile bar trailer is perfect for any occasion, whether it's a wedding, birthday, or corporate gathering.
We operate as a Dry bar. All alcohol is provided by the customer.

Trailer Packages
All of our Trailer Packages include: ~ Our mobile bar uniquely decorated to coordinate with your event.~One Licensed Bartender. ~General and Liquor Liability insurance.~First 20 miles of travel are FREE. Bar setup and breakdown. ~4hours of service.~All bar tools necessary for service. ~Menu Planning and Consultation include help with calculating quantities for your event.~Customized "Bar Menu" sign. ~Ice for both, chilling and serving drinks.~ Cups, straws,and napkins.~ Basic mixers/ garnish
The Basic Package
$1,000 PLUS an additional $3 per guest
Beer/Seltzer and Wine
Premium Package
$1000 PLUS an additional$5 per guest

Signature Package
$ 1000 PLUS an additional $7 per guest
Includes all the amenities of the Premium Package plus 2 signature cocktails.

Just the bartender
$400 PER Bartender for 4 hours
INCLUDES : Bartender(s) - Up to 4 hours of service and all bar tools necessary for service
One bartender- Up to 50 guests
Two bartenders- 50 to 150
Three bartenders- 150 to 250
Basic Mixer and Garnish Package
$3 per guest * Included with premium and signature packages
Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Water, Tonic, Club Soda, Sweet & Sour, Margarita mix, Cranberry juice, orange juice and Pineapple Juice. Lemons, Limes, Cherries, and olives.
Bar ware
$3 per guest
INCLUDES - Disposable cups, bar napkins , straws, and Ice (for chilling and serving)
Signature Cocktail
$3 per guest
Includes 2 signature cocktails. This add on is already included in the signature package.
Unlimited bottled water
$2 per guest
Unlimited bottled water service.
Unlimited Soda
$3 per guest
Includes: Coke, diet coke, and sprite. (Special requests available)
This option can be added to any package.
Additional Bartender for trailer packages
$250 each additional bartender
This price is for trailer packages only.
50-149 guests requires 2 bartenders.
150-249 guests requires 3 bartenders.
Anything over 250 guests requires an additional bartender and a portable bar setup.
Additional mileage
$1.50/mile over 20 miles
First 20 miles are included.
Additional hour
$150
Each package comes with 4 hours of service. If you need additional hours, we've got you covered. $150 is for 1 bartender, add $50 for each additional bartender according to guest count.
Portable bar setup
$250
Any event over 250 guests will require a 2nd portable bar station set up.
